Hawkinge is situated on the A260 between Folkestone and Canterbury. From the A20 Folkestone to Dover road, turn off for Canterbury on to the A260.
Car
The Museum is located one mile along Aerodrome Road and is clearly signposted on the new Hawkinge bypass.
There are brown tourism signs in the vicinity of the museum.
Free onsite parking. Disabled parking is available next to the entrance to the museum.
Bus
Stagecoach Bus, bus nos. 73 and 16, operate between Folkestone and Canterbury is available, stopping in Hawkinge and directly outside of the museum entrance.
Train
The nearest railway stations to the museum are at Folkestone West or Folkestone Central. South Eastern trains - high speed from St Pancras or normal service from Charing Cross - stop at these stations, then by bus or taxi to the museum.
