Donations - Financial

The Museum’s future rests with you.

The Museum is a registered Charitable Trust (Reg. No. 285738) and has never received funding from any official source. We depend entirely on our visitors’ entrance fees, together with generous donations and bequests from members of the public, including former Battle of Britain pilots and their relatives. You can read more on our About Us page.

Where Your Money Goes

Donations are used solely for:

  • expansion of the Museum site
  • new exhibits
  • maintenance and refurbishment of the Museum buildings

100% of every donation, whether money, items or services in kind, is spent on these purposes. Wherever possible, maintenance and refurbishment are carried out in-house by our volunteers.
